FIRST AID MEASURES

  • Eye Contact: Immediately flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes while holding eyelids open. If irritation persists get medical attention.
  •  Skin Contact: In case of contact, immediately remove contaminated clothing, and wash with plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation persists. Clean contaminated clothing and shoes before reuse.
  • Inhalation: The product is water- soluble mushy non-volatile substance. In case of inhalation, move the victim to fresh air. If not breathing, give victim artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give the victim oxygen. Get medical attention if breathing difficulties continued.
  •  Ingestion: Oral toxicity is low. If ingesting, get medical attention.
  •  Comments: Treat according to person’s condition and specifics of exposure. Skin contact may aggravate existing skin disease.
  •   Note To Physicians: All treatments should be based on observed signs and symptoms of distress in the patient. Consideration should be given to the possibility that overexposure to materials.

FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES

  • Extinguishing Media: Use water spray, alcohol-resistant foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide.
  •  Unsuitable Extinguishing Media: NO water spraying.
  •  Special Fire-fighting Protective Equipments: In case of fire, self-contained breathing apparatus should be worn.
  • Hazardous Decomposition Materials(Under Fire Condition): Oxides of Sulphur and oxides of Carbon.

ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

  •  Personal Precautions: Use personal protective equipment. Avoid dust formation. Avoid breathing vapors, mist or gas. Ensure adequate ventilation. Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Avoid breathing dust.
  •  Environmental Precautions: Do not allow to penetrate into soil, water bodies or drains.
  •  Methods For Cleaning Up: If the quantity of released material is larger(>1 drum), use Vacuum suction vehicles to deliver the released material to collecting groove for recollecting or safety handling. Do not use water to flush away the residual materials, which should be handled as contaminated waste. Make the residual material evaporate or use the appropriate adsorbent/material to absorb, and then proceed safety handling. Wipe out the contaminated soil and deal with safely. If the quantity of released materials is less than one drum, use equipments to collect the released materials into sealable containers for collecting or safety handling. Make the residual materials evaporate or use suitable absorbents/materials to absorb them. Wipe out the contaminated soil and make safety disposal.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

  •  Handling Precautions: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash thoroughly after handling. As all chemicals, good industrial hygiene practices should be followed when handling this material.
  •  Storage Conditions: Store in plastic, plastic lined or stainless steel, tightly closed containers at 35~65℃,Do not store close to strong oxidizing agents which could aggravate any fire situation.
